My Experience

I changed from using film to a CCD camera for astronomical photography with a telescope.  Today I use my DSLR camera and lenes mostly for nature photography, however the DSLR has become a great way to capture wide field and through the telescope.  CCD sensors are slowly being replace by CMOS sensors which are found in DSLR cameras because the technology has greatly improved over the past 10 years.

I have over 20 years of using all kinds of astronomical equipment and software and sometimes it can be a little hard to get started with it.  So, I have created these YouTube videos to help others get started.  I will continue to add and update these videos as things change.
